1. Who is responsible for your data?

Power Dot SA, a company organised under the laws of Portugal, registered under number PT514 790 342, with its registered office at Rua Mouzinho da Silveira 15, 1250‑166 Lisbon (“Power Dot” or “we”), is the sole data controller for the processing described in this notice.
The commercial partner that shared the link to this form (the “Partner”) simply promotes the offer to eligible drivers and does not receive or process any personal data collected through this form.

Octopus Electroverse receives your name and e‑mail solely to match your newly created account with the discount list. Octopus acts as an independent controller.
Tally (EU data‑centre) hosts the form responses as our processor.
No other third parties receive your data. No transfers outside the European Economic Area are planned. Should such a transfer be necessary, we will rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Discount list: deleted or anonymised 12 months after the campaign ends.
Marketing list: kept until you withdraw consent or after 3 years of inactivity, whichever comes first.
Back‑ups follow the same retention rules.
