Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead the end-to-end partnerships function at Powerdot. You will be the business owner of our strategic partnerships, responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with mobility, energy, fintech, and consumer brands across Europe. You will directly impact growth, revenue, and user engagement while shaping the partnerships strategy and scaling the team over time.

This is a high-impact, senior role reporting directly to the CPO & Co‑Founder. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and growth teams to ensure that partnerships deliver measurable value and align with Powerdot’s long-term vision.

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and revenue across European markets.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and performance teams to maximize partner impact and track key metrics (users acquired, sessions, kWh delivered).
  • Build frameworks, processes, and scalability for the partnerships function.
  • Represent Powerdot at C-level discussions with partners across mobility, EV, fintech, and consumer sectors.
  • Mentor and grow a small team, evolving the function to meet the scale-up’s expansion needs.

The Candidate we are looking for:

We are looking for a senior, hands-on, strategic operator with a proven track record of closing high-value, revenue-generating deals in mobility, energy, fintech, or consumer tech. You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can turn strategic ideas into measurable outcomes.

You should have:

  • 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliances, ideally with at least 3 years in senior or lead roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in closing complex partnerships and driving measurable business impact.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including C-level interactions.
  • European multi-market experience, with cultural agility and ability to work across different geographies.
  • Startup or scale-up experience, comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.

Preferred Sector Background:

  • Mobility / EV / energy / infrastructure
  • Fintech, consumer tech, or adjacent industries with a proven partnerships track record
