Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of partners, focusing on the long-term success of each relationship. You’ll be supported by a central team dedicated to optimising processes and enhancing every stage of the partner journey, allowing you to maximise your impact. You’ll work closely with the Partnership Development, Growth, Operations, and Product teams to ensure our partners’ needs are heard and met. As the main point of contact, you’ll gather feedback and insights that will influence our business roadmap and contribute to Powerdot’s overall strategy. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing and nurturing a portfolio of partners to ensure ongoing success and mutual growth.
- Developing strong communication channels with each partner, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Holding regular partner meetings to review performance, identify new opportunities, and deepen engagement.
- Negotiating with third parties for the continuous expansion of our network.
- Analyzing partner performance data to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve partner experience, and unlock new business opportunities.
- Coordinating with other Partnership Success team members to align goals and ensure timely delivery on commitments
The Candidate we are looking for:
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for problem-solving and decisionmaking.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, account management, or client facing roles where you’ve built relationships and delivered results.
- Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- A data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing performance metrics to guide your actions.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, ideally with experience using CRM tools.
- Outstanding communication skills in both Spanish and English—able to engage, persuade, and influence at all levels.
