Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to join Powerdot and play a key role in shaping how we grow through external collaborations. This is a senior role reporting directly to the CPO and Co-Founder, based in Lisbon or Porto.
You will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that bring new users to Powerdot and expand the value of our charging network. This means identifying and securing high-impact partners across industries such as mobility, travel, financial services, and consumer brands. Beyond closing deals, you will oversee the full lifecycle of each partnership, from negotiation through to activation and ongoing relationship management.
- Source, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that drive growth
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship management
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Growth, and Performance teams to design and execute partnership campaigns
- Track and report on partnership performance, focusing on users acquired, sessions, and kWh delivered through these channels
- Develop frameworks for long-term growth and scalability of the partnerships function
- Represent Powerdot externally with senior stakeholders across Europe
- Build the foundations for a small team in the future as the partnerships vertical expands
The Candidate we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy roles, ideally in mobility, travel, fintech, or consumer technology
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging at Clevel
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability
- Experience working across multiple markets and cultures in Europe
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel across Europe when needed
